A bit of research and practice definitely can improve your decision making. The more you do it, the more confident you will get. But you can also tweak how you approach decision making to give yourself a better chance of an exciting outcome.

How about a little bit of a different way to look at things? How many times has someone come to you with a problem they have and a decision they need to make? We naturally want to help them the best we are able and often offer our solutions without even being asked. We can come up with some highly creative solutions to the issue at hand. Maybe even a bit too many.

But the point is that we can solve overly complex issues in the guise of helping another. So, let’s say you have a heavy question such as quitting your job, staying in an unhealthy relationship, choosing between 2 job offers, deciding if you want to send kids to school or home school, and so on.
