The Art of Prioritization: Your Key to Task Management Success
Have you ever found yourself drowning in a sea of tasks, uncertain of where to begin or how to prioritize what truly matters? I found that over the years this was one of my top irritants. I have constantly looked for that compass, that guiding light to lead me through all those priorities and decisions. I found out I am not alone, so am writing this to offer different ways I prioritizing my eternal goals and to-do lists.
Various methods and tools are available to help us a individuals and also teams to make informed decisions. These methods cater to different needs and preferences, offering diverse approaches to tackling the challenges of prioritization. I often use a variation of method 1 (Eisenhower Matrix) and method 4 (MoSCoW Method). Here is a closer look at each of the 10.
