Have you ever found yourself in that frustrating cycle of starting new habits, only to see them fade away like a dream? I can relate — envisioning a life where you set ambitious goals, brimming with determination, but then witnessing them crumble like a house of cards. It’s a common struggle, isn’t it? But what’s the underlying reason for this? Why is it so challenging to keep those well-intentioned promises to ourselves? The journey of maintaining new habits can be quite a challenge, especially when the initial motivation is high, yet sustaining them over time becomes a different story. As we embrace a new year, it’s the perfect moment to confront this challenge head-on and ensure that our fresh habits and resolutions become a lasting part of our lives.
