Traveling through life is similar to being the captain of a boat venturing into uncharted territories. Imagine you’re standing on the deck, with endless ocean all around, feeling the breeze and tasting the freedom. It’s thrilling, full of adventures waiting to happen. But along with the thrill, there’s also the reality of facing storms that you didn’t see coming. It’s about finding the right balance between wanting to explore new places and the comfort of being in places that feel like home.

Life, much like owning a boat, throws surprises at us. We might get caught up in daily routines, spending too much time with gadgets, watching TV series back-to-back, or eating too much fast food. These things might seem fun for a while but can leave us feeling empty, not really happy, and open to problems like working too much, health issues, or money worries.

Studies have shown that being extremely happy doesn’t always lead to success. People who keep a level of happiness that’s not too high but not too low are often more successful. This tells us that it’s okay to feel uncomfortable sometimes and to choose paths that might be hard but more fulfilling in the end.
