How many times have we heard the refrain “Knowledge is Power”. Many have heard it so many times it is skipped over and just added to the sayings we have heard and collected.

Let us look a little closer. Over the last century, we have developed vast physical storehouses of knowledge. A simple example is the basic libraries that have been built and added to over the years. If the “Knowledge is Power” statement is true, anyone who owns a library is possibly an extraordinarily powerful entity.

We know that is not necessarily true. The following is a more accurate statement.

Knowledge is general in nature and not power directly. It is possible power material out of which real accomplishment may be developed.
