How to Destroy the Negatives You Feel
Remove yourself from your negatives using a simple process.
If you looked at who you are from above right now — what would you see? Someone who walks to their own drum? Someone who is hiding in the shade of their own fears? Someone who is living life the way they truly wish to? Someone whose every moment is governed by their feelings of negativity?
Truly observe yourself — Literally move outside and above of yourself in any situation. Lets take an example — Someone pushes ahead of you in the grocery store line — you resent it and maybe even feel that resentment. If you do and say nothing, it will fester inside. Instead, on the way home make an observation to yourself — Say “Self — Look back and observe how I felt — Yes I know — I was resentful”
Negative feelings? — see how they are caused by us — not by something outside of us — Whatever happens presents the challenge — it is our reaction that determine the feeling.
Just the act of standing outside of yourself and watching what you were doing is enlightening. Recognizing your feeling, has already weakened the resentment felt.
