How to Build Your Factory of Life

An Old Idea Make Over

You are storing up resources for the expected “rainy” day fast approaching, when a sale comes to your attention. It is a factory complete with all the fixings. The supplies, the power, the tools, and the empty product shelves.

You do some research. It seems that the previous owner simply gave up on his dream. The factory he set up had all the makings of success. But then something strange happened. The finished product became less reliable to the purchaser. What once were top grade manufactured goods, became something that the buyers often dumped out of frustration. The factory owner got so discouraged he gave up and passed on the keys to the first interested person — You.

Now you, the new proud owner, are excited with the opportunity to make something from nothing. You head for an old friend you call Solomon, who has time and time again offered wisdom when asked. And so, you ask.

Solomon greets you with a smile and a hug. You tell him you have bought a new “Thought factory” and would like his direction. He softly sets you down and says,

“ My friend. That is a wondrous factory you have just purchased. There are countless similar factories all around us, but most are not for sale. Usually the owner does not want to rid himself of it and finds out much later how futile
