From what I can tell you have a pretty busy life. Congrats on keeping it all together and moving forward as you obviously are.

I happened on this article by accident and it certainly appears to have something for most every situation. In my opinion it is time for me to go to the basics. So many, myself included, jump in running and cannot figure out what the problem is. Aren't we all instant experts.
