Hi Barry

Personally I believe most of us are unaware of the impact fear has on our lives. I suspect if one goes to 10 people and ask them to be candid about what they fear they will blissfully rattle off some detail that they believe satisfies the question. And then go happily along their way.

When confronted with a request to take the question and come back a day later with an answer, that answer is vastly different.

The number one fear over time has been said to be the fear of public speaking. Countless folk have responded and conquered that fear with attending Toastmasters. Interesting — they have done the big thing you suggest is assuming a gun to the head and confronted that fear.

Yes — someone is threatening you and you initially run towards what you believe is safety and each running step magnifies your concern. Confront your fear — metaphorically its easy to say — in reality, spiders and snakes have to be treated a little bit more cautiously. A goon with a gun is an immediate threat that need not be confronted and be shot over.

My point is — Bravo for bringing this into the limelight.

We all have this “Corona Fear” implanted through what I believe is brainwashing media tactics. So many of us are in states of paranoia due to what is being passed on by the “gods of information” We should turn on them with righteous indignation and proclaim our ability to think for ourselves.

Being able to decide for ourselves will stem the tsunami of fear and articles such as yours are wonderful to see — especially in the time we are passing through.

Be well
